The answer is yes and no if the trainer uses AOB scan and if the location of the AOB is changed on the new update of the game than the trainer will never work and if the trainer don't uses AOB scan than your game version must be the same as the trainer so your game version is v3.14.2.
I was invincible and racking up kills hard, but to my friend my HP was dropping and right after wave 2, the problem started. Now, I'm not sure if it's because the game version doesn't match the trainer's, BUT my best guess is because the host server saw my HP as what was being displayed for me. Then the game crashed and even crashed my friend who was connected. Does this work for the Last Stand online game option? It worked for online.for a small bit.
